The mind controls the left side of the human body and the left mind controls the ideal side of the body. The brain is the more creative or psychological hemisphere and the left mind is the analytical and judgmental hemisphere. Is the right brain dominant? Anything that’s familiar is left brain dominant. Along with left and right brain, there are very different portions of the brain. The frontal lobe and the back part of the mind, the occipital lobe control your personality and vision, respectively. There are specific activities that might stimulate the right or left brain. Activities that stimulate the left mind are solving crosswords or word search puzzles, the functionality of learned tasks, language use, both global and expressive, analytical info, problem-solving, and remembering new information.
Hand gestures, memory, writing one’s name, classifications of words or pictures into categories, remembering narratives, recognizing and name recognition are left brain activities. Activities that stimulate the ideal brain are psychological issues, the creative process, remembering memorized lists, any unknown occasion or action, and holding the attention span. Feeling or seeing sizes, seeing colors that are different, attention exercises seeing faces involving timing, and meeting the brain also stimulates. You’re not dead till your brain is dead. Your mind requires two things to survive full and activation. Fuel comes in the shape of oxygen and glucose. Glucose comes from what you eat, and oxygen comes from the air you breathe.
The normal inspiration\/expiration ratio should be expiration twice as long as inhalation. That’s to say – breath out twice so long as you breathe in. There are also specific treatment modalities which a clinician might use to improve function or activation of the ideal or left brain. One example is large letters made up of little letters. If you look at their small letters you’ll flame right cerebellum to left brain. If you look at their big letters you’ll flame left cerebellum to correct brain. Auditory stimulation in the left ear comes up throughout the mind stem over to the right mind and vice-versa for the right ear. Visual stimulation from their left side in a checkered pattern using different colors comes up throughout the optic path to the brain stem and up into the right brain. The T.E.N.S. Unit set at subthreshold stimulates large diameter nerves that fire up to the cerebellum and also to the opposite brain.
