Brain training was touted as a way to prevent age. Many products are purchasable. But are any really successful? We analyzed the merits of peer analyzed clinical intervention studies which researched commercial brain training products in people. We identified, but just two of these met our standards. These were BrainHQ and Cognifit. Exercises from BrainHQ corrected difficulty depending upon there was a user performing. We identified 18 computerized brain training programs available throughout the world which were marketed with scientific claims.
